- What is an 8-track? Bridging the Generational Communication
Gap
(Donelle Hintermeister)
Each generation seems to have a unique set of values attached to it.
When we label these values/ experiences as right or wrong, conflict
may arise. We will take a look at the values and events that attributed
to the different generations and how we can use this information to
better communicate with others.
(J. Peterson)
Identity theft is a costly crime, but it’s not necessarily hackers and
techno-geeks that are our worst enemies. Sometimes it’s the people
we love and trust the most who have steered us from our true identities. Rediscover
who you are and what you can do once you know who you are!
- Create a Classy Wardrobe – Simply!
(Linda Saveraid)
Do you walk into your closet every morning and think to yourself you have
nothing to wear! Do you wonder how some women can look so put together every
time they walk out of the house? Are you tired of spending money on clothes
you ultimately don’t like? Discover how you can create a classy wardrobe
by simplifying the rules with a few key pieces and accessories that can
make your daily dressing an easier and more rewarding experience.
Here’s your chance to learn how to get the most out of your workout time.
We will explore a variety of types and levels of fitness to help you
be the best you can be with the time that you have.
- Are You On the Best Stressed List?
(Jeannie Fobbe)
Then come to this “Funshop” and get tips and tools for dealing with stress
that will take your name off that list – for a few days, or at least for
a few moments, at a time. The reality is - stress in part of life - and
we need it. It is the “dis” stress we can do with out. Learn how and why
humor is one of your best coping tools for dealing with stress, AND walk
away with some valuable, practical, stress busters to help you immediately
and in those everyday moments that we call Life.
