The reality is - stress in part of life - and we need it. It is the “dis” stress we can do with out. Learn how and why humor is one of your best coping tools for dealing with stress, AND walk away with some valuable, practical, stress busters to help you immediately and in those everyday moments that we call Life.

Retreat Registration Fee is $179 per person, and includes all sessions; all meals and a free round of golf!

Vendor tables are available for $100 for the weekend (Fri-Sat)

Includes one 8-foot table and chair only. Location subject to availability. Vendors must also register for the retreat in order to attend meals and sessions. Contact Dana Ellis for more information.

Rooms are available at Sugar Lake Lodge

for a special rate of $95 per room per night (plus tax) single/double or $190 per room per night (plus tax) for two bedroom townhouse style rooms, which sleep up to four people
